Lakefront Suites are the premier accommodations at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. All of these suites are adjacent to the 18th fairway of the golf course and are located on the stunning shores of Lac Beauvert. These suites offer a spacious bathroom with a glass shower and separate deep soaker tub. The bedroom features an armoire with television.  The parlor features a pullout sofa, a second television and wood burning fireplace. Glass doors lead to either a walk out terrace or balcony with partial views of the emerald waters of Lac Beauvert. These suites are also equipped with a microwave and compact fridge off the foyer.

Junior Suite Lakeview Estate

Lakeview Junior Suite Estate guest rooms are well appointed, gated entrance, featuring a sitting area and partial views of Lac Beauvert, a coffee table and two chairs. Courtview Cabin

Courtview Cabin features two Fairmont rooms connected by a central living space. You and your family will enjoy a wood burning fireplace, patio, ensuite bathrooms and room for up to 4 adults. 

Stanley Thompson Cabin

This newly designed 4-bedroom, 4 and a half bath cabin is fully equipped with a stunning stone fireplace, 3 decks, full kitchen, dining and living areas.  Each bedroom is self-sufficient with a full ensuite bathroom. Conveniently located next to Milligan Manor on the first fairway of our award winning Stanley Thompson golf course the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas are perfect for entertaining, relaxing with your family/friends or a business retreat.

Named for Canada’s foremost golf course architect of the 1920s, this spacious signature cabin is perfect for executive retreats, small meetings, golfing getaways, families and wedding parties. Relax in the magnificent central room featuring a stone fireplace and storey-high windows offering an unhampered view of the first fairway, wandering wildlife and the captivating Mount Edith Cavell.

 

Whistler Cabins

The three lakefront Whistler Cabins offer a spectacular view of Lac Beauvert from the oversized windows and private sun patio. These lovely two bedroom cabins also offer a sitting area with a sofa bed, a stone fireplace and kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, microwave and sink. A great space for families!

Athabasca Cottage

Nestled above the rushing Athabasca River, the Athabasca Cottage - also known as the Honeymoon Cabin - provides a private and romantic escape for couples looking to relax, unwind and spend quality time together in the Rocky Mountains. The comfortable and spacious King bedroom has a jacuzzi ensuite attached and is full of all the amenities you need for a truly romantic getaway. Named for a golf superintendent of local renown, this is the largest of our luxury cabins. The wildlife-themed great room adds undeniable character to all events, while separate bedroom wings allow for extra privacy. With a large veranda overlooking the first fairway, this is the perfect site for executive retreats, wedding parties, reunions and special occasions.

Outlook Cabin

This beautiful cabin - also known as the Royal Retreat - was recreated from the floor plans of the 1930 original, which was destroyed by fire in 2000. Every inch of this prestigious dwelling exudes the elegance and grandeur that has welcomed King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1939 as well as Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip in 2005.

Supreme comfort is present in every detail of the sumptuously comfortable bedrooms, enclosed verandas and majestic stone fireplace that warms both the dining room and great room - the perfect place to entertain family & friends or celebrate a special occasion.

Since 1928 this luxurious cabin retreat has been home to many a well known celebrities including Marilyn Monroe and Robert Mitchum while they filmed "River of No Return". Situated overlooking Lac Beauvert, this cabin is both private and picturesque. The great room, with its grand stone fireplace and woodsy accents infuses a historic flair to any special occasion.

Voyageur Cabins

Christie, Colin, Miette and Samson Cabins feature three rooms with a parlour area. With a wood burning fireplace, patio, dining area and accommodation for up to 8 adults, it’s the perfect space for families to relax and reunite. Enjoy the many views from front and back patios.

Bell Staff

Bellmen are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel, 24 hours a day. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Concierge

The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby, next to the Front Desk. They will assist you with dinner reservations, transportation and directions to major attractions in the area.

Pet Policy

Small pets are permitted in the hotel at a price of $30.00/day to a maximum of $150.00. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must never be left unattended in the room. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome at no charge.

Ski Storage

The Boathouse at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is located behind the Belvedere Deck on the shores of Lac Beauvert. Canoes, paddleboats and kayaks can be rented by half-hour or the hour.

Maligne Boat Cruises
Maligne Lake is the second largest glacier lake in the world. The boat cruises take 90 minutes round trip. Cruise to Spirit Island, the most photographed island in the world. Located on Maligne Lake Road, which is 48 km (30 mi) from the hotel.

River Float Trips
Experience a unique perspective of Jasper National Park, on a safe and comfortable float trip down the Athabasca River. You will travel 16 Kilometers in a specially designed 25 foot, 25-passenger raft. Sit back and enjoy the scenery, as your guide will do all the rowing. Shuttle service is provided and your bus driver will pick you up at the Main Lodge.

Whitewater Rafting
Put on a wetsuit and paddle an eight person raft down the mighty Athabasca River with Whitewater Rafting (Jasper) Ltd. Experts guide you down the routes traveled by the early fur traders. Three rafting trips ranging in degree of difficulty and length of trip are available.

Skiing

Charming cabins and the rustic elegance of The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge make it the embodiment of the Grand Canadian Lodge Experience. Close by, Marmot Basin beckons with 84 runs and a reputation for small crowds and all-natural snow.

Marmot Basin is the closest Jasper ski area. Boasting 84 named trails, open bowl skiing, uncrowded groomed slopes, superb facilities, and more than 1,650 acres of skiable terrain, Marmot Basin offers something for everyone! The ski area's modern lift system carries 11,931 skiers uphill per hour and Marmot Basin is one of the least crowded ski areas of its size in all of North America. From long, gentle winding novice runs, to steep, high alpine bowls and chutes, skiers snowboarders of all abilities will find what they are looking for at Marmot Basin. Marmot Basin is located only 11 miles (19 km) from The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Rentals, ski shop and daycare are available at the hill.

Courts are opposite the Main Lodge. Court reservations and equipment rentals are available through the Outdoor Activity Center.

Ice Skating
Enjoy our two groomed skating rinks on Lac Beauvert and Lake Mildred. Night time skating parties with hot chocolate, a bonfire, music and lights are available on Lac Beauvert, while round-the-lake oval and hockey rink for pick-up games are available on Lake Mildred. Visit Rocky Mountain Cross-Country Ski and Skate Rentals for all of your equipment needs.

Wagon Rides / Sleighrides
Ride through our winter wonderland the old-fashioned way, listening to the jingling bells of a horse-drawn sleigh. Ask the Concierge for more details.

Snowmobiling Tours
Available just west of Jasper National Park in Valemount, British Columbia, or east in Hinton, Alberta, these guided tours are breathtakingly beautiful and surprisingly easy. Ride to the top of a mountain and survey the beautiful scenery.

Snowshoeing
Try out this arctic mode of transportation on the trails of our property or take a heli tour and explore the peaks with an experienced guide. Snowshoes are available at Rocky Mountain Rentals, located in the lower level of the main building.

Maligne Canyon Ice Walk
Enjoy a two-hour guided hike during the day or night time, through the frozen ice falls and ice caves of Maligne Canyon. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see this natural wonder of the area.

7th Tee Hut

*The 7th Tee Hut is closed for the season.

Nestled between the 6th green and 7th tee, the area offers great views on the 6th, 7th and 11th hole. A perfect setting to rest, refresh and refocus on the upcoming challenges. It's time to relax and laugh. Sip on your favorite beverage or grab a snack to finish the day.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our newest dining option at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Cavell’s Restaurant & Terrace. This gourmet, casual lakeside dining experience offers stunning views of Mount Edith Cavell, Lac Beauvert and Whistlers Mountain from the outdoor patio and through the large picture windows inside.

Cavell's is open for breakfast and dinner and has an extensive menu serving culinary delights from coast to coast. The menu features Canadian Cuisine and all of its diversity, using local, farm fresh ingredients.The attentive service and relaxed ambience at Cavell's make it a perfect choice for families, friends and couples alike.

Oka Sushi

Oka Sushi is a small, intimate sushi bar located on the Beauvert Promenade at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Run by Japanese sushi chef Tatsuhiko Okaki, Oka Sushi is a favorite of guests and Jasper locals alike. Fresh seafood is always on the menu, with products shipped in from Japan and Vancouver. Any sushi lover will appreciate the high quality and warm customer service of this charming sushi restaurant.

Tent City Pub

Saluting the history of Jasper, our local pub celebrates the innovation and vision of the Brewster Brothers, who, in the early 1900's, pitched a group of tents on the shores of the entrancing Lac Beauvert and aptly named it Tent City. A luxury at the time, Tent City began a long theme of luxury accommodations in Jasper; one The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge readily embraces. Pull up to the TC pub for a cold pint of Big Rock Alberta beer, or a well deserved glass of Canadian wine. The Moose's Nook is now closed for the season.
