London Add-ons and Optional Tours: Tower of London:Tower of London was built by William the Conqueror in the late 11th century and nothing quite like it had been seen in England before. The White Tower was completed first and dominated the skyline, serving as a fortress-stronghold right up until the 19th century. Today, the Tower is a World Heritage Site, comprised of several buildings that are set in two concentric rings of defensive walls and a moat.
Jack the Ripper Walking Tour:Walk the trail left in 1888 by Jack the Ripper, the famous serial killer who made Whitechapel his hunting grounds. His reign of terror is one of the greatest unsolved mysteries in the world and still draws the attention and curiosity of sleuths everywhere.
